MINISTER TEKİN VISITS TURKISH EMBASSY IN BAKU AND BAKU TURKISH ANATOLIAN HIGH SCHOOL

Minister Tekin visited the Turkish Embassy in Baku, where he attended the UN Climate Change Conference COP29, and received a briefing from Ambassador Cahit Bağcı regarding educational activities in Azerbaijan. Minister Tekin and Ambassador Bağcı exchanged ideas on new activities to be carried out.
 
Students graduating from our distinguished school will strengthen the ties between the two brotherly countries
Following his visit to the embassy, Minister Tekin visited Baku Turkish Anatolian High School.
 
During his visit, Minister Tekin met with teachers and received a briefing on the school's activities.
 
In a statement on his social media account, Minister Tekin highlighted that the school is one of the best examples of the brotherhood between Türkiye and Azerbaijan in the field of education.
 
Expressing his congratulations on November 24th Teachers' Day to the teachers he met in the welcoming atmosphere of the teachers' room, Minister Tekin stated, "We see Baku Turkish Anatolian High School as an important institution that strengthens the cultural and educational ties between Türkiye and Azerbaijan. I firmly believe that the students graduating from this distinguished school will strengthen the ties between the two brotherly countries. I wish our esteemed teachers ease in their work and success for our students."

During his visit to Azerbaijan, Minister Tekin also held a bilateral meeting with Azerbaijan's Minister of Science and Education, Emin Amrullayev.
 
In a statement shared on his social media account regarding the meeting, Minister Tekin remarked, "As Türkiye, we will continue our strong cooperation with Azerbaijan in the field of education, as in every field. I sincerely thank Emin Amrullayev for his warm hospitality.
